Return Period
Our return policy lasts 45days. If more than 45 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items returned more than 45 days after delivery
- Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and your original payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for refunds to be posted).
- Contact your bank (processing delays are common).

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at office@montessoriparadise.com
Shipping of Returns
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items. These costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Depending on your location, the time to receive your exchanged product may vary.
How to Start a Return

- Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged)
- Our team will provide:
- Return instructions
- Return shipping address
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
